Responsibilities
  • Manage and track personal pipeline to forecast territory performance.
  • Set and pursue clear, measurable targets aligned with company growth goals.
  • Proactively learn product offerings to support growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver timely updates on activities and outcomes to leadership.
  • Demonstrate results‑oriented work by tracking metrics and outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to qualify opportunities and close deals within scope.
  • Leverage CRM tools to document activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve team targets.
  • Identify and respond quickly to market changes impacting opportunities.
  • Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency within a temporary employment context.
  • Participate in on‑site work with disciplined time management and accountability.
Experience / Qualifications
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets within a territory.
  • Experience using CRM tools to document activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Ability to forecast territory performance from pipeline data.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement to qualify opportunities and close within scope.
  • Strong time management to prioritize tasks in temporary employment.
  • Discipline to work on‑site with accountability for personal results.
  • Curiosity to learn product offerings and identify upsell opportunities.
