Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in–home design consultations
- Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
- Partner with our retail accounts:
Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Warehouse - Additional duties as assigned
- Base: $20.00/hr plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers may earn $40.00 + an hour.
Our average Lead Generation Specialist earns around $30/hr. when factoring in performance bonuses.

Qualifications- Results driven and wants to make money
- Travel within the greater Tucson area is required
- Learn and follow a script
- Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers in a retail setting
- Experience using an iPad or tablet in a business capacity
- Active; requires being on your feet, actively engaging with customers
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Earn while you learn!
- Part‑time position initially; successful performance may lead to a transition into full‑time. Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
