Job Description
Elavon, a leader in payment solutions, is seeking an in‑market outside sales Account Executive to develop new business account relationships with a referral bank partner. This is a remote opportunity, but we are looking for candidates in the Denver, CO market.
Responsibilities- Build profitable new business by cultivating strong relationships and partnering strategically with a financial institution partner in the local market.
- Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
- Make sales presentations to contracted partners and prospective clients, informing them of the benefits of using the organization’s products and services to meet their needs.
- Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
- Manage the ongoing account relationship with existing customers.
- Establish and maintain internal relationships and good public relationships with the community to enhance the organization’s image and develop new business.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two to three years of relevant sales experience.
- Ability to travel.
- Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations.
- Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills.
- Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues.
- Basic problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
