Job Responsibilities

* Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
* Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Conduct test drives and vehicle walk‐arounds
* Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently

*** Automotive Sales Representative Qualifications
**** Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self‐motivated with a positive, professional attitude
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, goal‐driven environment
* Comfort learning dealership systems and product knowledge
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
