Position Overview
Field Sales Representative at AT&T delivers customized, white‑glove sales experiences directly in customers’ homes. With paid training, ongoing coaching and a company vehicle, you will schedule appointments, conduct on‑site demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and resolve issues, closing deals and driving revenue. The role offers uncapped commission potential; new reps earn between $60,530 and $100,000, based on geography, experience and results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
- Close deals through hands‑on product demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
- Resolve customer issues to keep them connected.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets and commission goals.
- 1+ year(s) of commission‑based sales experience (outside sales preferred).
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and upselling.
- Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel in a company vehicle.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
