Digital Sales Associate – Responsibilities

• Sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology.
• Serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP’s leading solutions to CFOs, HR & Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners and others from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.
• Provide expert guidance and use entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business.
• Achieve daily goals around the number of dials, talk time and appointments; subsequently gain autonomy, flexibility, a set Monday‑Friday schedule with no weekends, and virtual appointments.
• Earn uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities in a friendly environment.

• Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools and technology.
• Positive self‑starter with proactive, strategic outreach; ability to manage time and present ideas professionally.
• Continuous learner; questions past methods to improve.
• College degree not required; acceptable experience includes: two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship, or military experience building teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a never‑lose mentality.

• Prior quota‑carrying experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms.
