We seek a Senior Services Account Manager to strengthen our Commercial HVAC team and help deliver total solutions for the most energy‑efficient buildings.
Responsibilities- Lead customer conversations with business‑level insights to establish value and create demand.
- Actively listen to identify customer concerns.
- Serve as facilitator to help the customer buy, including developing project business cases, financial proformas, and validating business outcomes.
- Gather and validate preliminary information, perform facility walkthroughs, construction plan reviews, or other requirements.
- Manage complaints, resolve conflicts, and negotiate solutions to reconcile differences while maintaining positive relationships.
- Form trusting relationships with clients and listen to their requirements and desires, then offer solutions that provide value and meet needs.
- Takes a consultative and strategic approach to pursue new business and grow existing account relationships.
- Proactively assess situations and take action without direction from others, anticipating future problems, needs, or opportunities.
- Gather and analyze industry and market information to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prioritize, organize, and accomplish work by developing specific goals and plans.
- Identify complex problems, review related information, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote company products, and provide sales support.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
- 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A desire to understand our business and a passion for connecting current and potential customers with service offerings designed to create efficient and sustainable buildings.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, facilitate customer conversations, close new business, and grow existing account relationships.
- Strong financial and business acumen and a self‑starter mindset.
- Available for local travel.
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
