Daily Responsibilities
  • Active Field Work:
    Travel across the metro area and meet homeowners who are considering or need to sell their homes due to various circumstances.
  • Consultative Sales Approach:
    Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of selling a home on the retail market versus a direct purchase by Amazing Offer.
  • Decision Facilitation:
    Assist homeowners in making informed decisions by providing clear, balanced insights into their selling options.
Key Responsibilities
  • Homeowner Negotiation:
    Enhance negotiation techniques to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Market Pricing:
    Accurately assess property values within the wholesale market, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Relationship Building:
    Foster and maintain robust, trust‑based relationships with clients and industry contacts.
  • Training for Advancement:
    Participate in comprehensive training programs to prepare for a Senior Acquisition Representative role.
  • Understanding Your Target Market:
    Gain deep market knowledge to effectively communicate and address homeowner pain points.
  • Effective Sales Techniques:
    Master key sales strategies including active listening, objection handling, and persuasive negotiation.
  • Continuous Learning and Development:
    Attend sales meetings and training sessions regularly to stay abreast of industry trends.
