Account Manager – Tucson, AZ
Hillyard, Inc. is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in the Tucson, AZ market.
Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and managing your own territory? Or perhaps you have a strong customer-facing background and are looking to build a successful career in consultative sales? You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while partnering with customers to deliver solutions that improve their operations and drive long-term success.
Responsibilities- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage and grow the established customer base while developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and operational performance.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations.
- Manage sales activities, customer communications, and opportunities through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Create and execute territory growth strategies to maximize market potential.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in outside sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Self-motivated professional who can manage a territory independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach to customer needs.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Industry experience not required; comprehensive training provided.
