Location:
Conveniently located off N Oracle Road with easy access and a strong local customer base
- Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process by helping them find the perfect Subaru to meet their lifestyle and needs
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
- Stay knowledgeable about Subaru products, features, financing options, and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and follow-ups
- Work in a fast‑paced, high-energy, family-oriented environment that values teamwork and customer focus
Schedule:
Full time, 8AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM
The Pay Plan is commission-based with bonuses based per unit – there is no limit on how much money you can make!

- 2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver’s license
Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
