Position Title: Builder Channel Sales Professional – Multi-Family

Location: Tucson

Overview

A growing cabinetry manufacturer is seeking a motivated Sales Leader to expand its footprint in the Single-Family,
multi-family, or dealer market across the Greater Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the cabinetry business, is a strong leader, and has sold to either Multi-Family, Singlefamily, or Dealer/Distributors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a team to expand and pursue new accounts, strengthening existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the different sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

  • Build and expand relationships with developers, general contractors, builders, and project stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.

  • Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors with key accounts and decision-makers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship development to closing deals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing expert product knowledge and exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Key Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in Cabinetry, specifically Multi, Single, or Dealer/Distributor channels.

  • Established relationships within the Arizona construction and development market
    .

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
    .

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Self-driven and comfortable operating in a performance-based sales environment as well as ability to manage a metrics based business.

Preferred Experience
  • Prior B2B sales experience in cabinetry is a must.
