Financial Advisor

• Licensed life insurance/annuity advisors run appointments in California, with the goal of scaling from 35-40 hires in May to 100-120 long-term across the practice
• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$250K annualized)
• Year 1:
  Top performers clearing $150K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
