Seeking a dedicated and experienced

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (AM) or Account Executive (AE) to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a focus on high-net-worth clients and accounts generating $250k-$300k+ in revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proven ability to build relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

This is a fully on-site position with significant growth potential.

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 for AM; up to $75,000 for AE (based on 25% of book revenue)

• Account Management:
  • Handle a mix of new (20%) and renewal (80%) business.
  • Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and manage relationships with relevant carriers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell personal lines products to maximize client value.
• Sales and Service:
  • Confidently sell and serve personal lines insurance products.
  • Close deals and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and team members.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Personal Lines Director and other team members to meet business goals.

• Licenses:
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years in personal lines insurance (not seeking entry-level candidates).
  • Proven longevity in previous roles.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and related carriers is preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • Proficiency in Epic software or similar platforms.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
