Job Title

Sales Associate – La‑Z‑Boy Furniture Galleries, South Tucson, AZ

Responsible for selling La‑Z‑Boy products and services, achieving store goals, maintaining customer loyalty, and delivering a high level of service to all customers.

Base salary $46,800 per year. Commission is available after the 2–6 week training period. Expected earnings after training range from $60,000 to $100,000+ with an uncapped monthly commission of 6–7.5% on individual written sales.

• Guide high‑end clients through a premium sales experience.
• Create inspired spaces with world‑class furniture and décor.
• Curate luxury looks while earning commissions with no ceiling.
• Interact with customers professionally and impartially, providing the highest level of customer service.
• Drive sales by contributing to store sales goals through the sale of furniture, accessories, and services offered by La‑Z‑Boy.
• Complete all sales paperwork and customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in company training and store meetings.
• Assist in the training, coaching, and development of new peers on product knowledge and selling processes.
• Accurately record order information, collect deposits and fees, keep orderly customer records, and research customer payments and deliveries.
• Follow company procedures and policies, including those related to harassment, attendance, sales procedures, and customer interaction.

• Perform a minimum number of house calls to customer homes.
• Maintain a sales average that is consistent with company standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence customers.
• Vocational or technical training in a relevant field.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation to drive to customer homes.

• Previous selling experience, especially in luxury retail, strongly preferred.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer technology and the ability to communicate using it.

• Bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Interaction with customers and co‑workers requiring focus and concentration.

40 hours per week.
