The Commercial/Industrial Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new commercial and industrial accounts, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Liberty Disposal’s waste, recycling, and environmental services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and bids, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company pricing and service standards.
The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service implementation and ongoing satisfaction, while monitoring account performance and resolving issues promptly. The role also involves tracking sales activity, forecasting revenue, and contributing to business planning initiatives to support growth in the Tucson market and surrounding areas.

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing in commercial or industrial markets.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning skills, such as market analysis, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in waste management, environmental services, or related industries; familiarity with municipal or government contracting; and proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-site and travel locally to client locations are required.
- Education:
High School Diploma required;
An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
- Uncapped commission based on performance
- Total expected, but not guaranteed Compensation in year 1 = $85K+
(exceptional year 1 results $100K+)
