Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR
Most salespeople never think about "legal sales" as a career path - because most law firms don't sell like this. We work with law firm owners who need real closers running consults with real clients - not intake clerks just gathering facts. If you can build rapport, handle objections, and close, there's a lane here most salespeople don't even know exists.
You don't need a law degree. You don't need legal experience. You need to know how to sell.
Talking to people who are often going through one of the hardest moments of their life and helping them decide to move forward with a firm that can help
One-call closing using a proven process that establishes emotional rapport
Real compensation upside - legal cases carry real value, and firms pay for reps who close
A growing niche most sales pros haven't been trained on - which means less competition for the people who get in now
A calendar full of qualified sales consults each day
Remote Sales Closing
No prospecting required (appointments are set on your calendar for you)
No cold calling
No appointment setting
No qualifying prospects necessary
Closers with a track record - any industry (insurance, solar, home services, high-ticket coaching, timeshare, etc. all translate well)
People who are coachable and want to be developed, not just placed
Comfortable on zoom/phone, comfortable with objections, comfortable asking for the close
Looking for a long-term seat, not a 90-day gig
Placement opportunity with vetted law firms actively hiring non-attorney sales talent (the law firms are clients and ultimately make the final hiring decision)
Training on how legal sales specifically works - the objections, the buyer psychology, the compliance guardrails
Ongoing coaching, not a "here's the job, good luck"
