We're Fusion Plumbing and Air
, and we're hiring goal-driven In-Home Sales Reps to join us in Tucson, AZ, and close new deals for the business. If you thrive in dynamic environments where you're meeting new people, forging new connections, and making new sales, keep reading to learn more!
Typical work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating night/weekend coverage schedules.
You'll help drive our sales growth by contacting customers interested in our services, speaking with them about their needs, and providing accurate cost quotes. Communication is an integral part of your success, as you'll need to be able to appropriately answer questions, address concerns, and encourage customers to choose us for their plumbing projects. You'll write up proposals, draw up detailed contracts, and do your best to close deals and meet your targets!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical field sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and exceed customer expectations
- Ability to represent our company professionally and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to work a rotating night/weekend schedule
- Fantastic communication skills for creating new connections and qualifying customers' needs/wants
- Empathetic, self-starter, and goal-driven attitude
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new ideas, strategies, and methods
