As part of Essilor Luxottica, Lens Crafters seeks dedicated employees to help drive the transformation of the eyewear and eye‑care industry.

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear, establishing Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners).
• Maintain the appearance of the store, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and calculators; basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results; desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with the ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
