Commercial Roofing Sales Associate

Progressive Roofing seeks a Commercial Roofing Sales Associate to drive revenue across industrial, institutional, retail, and government projects. You will prospect and qualify leads, conduct site visits and roof assessments, and develop detailed proposals for installation, reroof, maintenance, and repair services. Partner closely with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate scopes and pricing. Success in this role requires strong construction or roofing knowledge, excellent communication, and a focus on safety and long-term client relationships in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial and industrial clients seeking roofing solutions
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and roof assessments to develop accurate proposals
• Prepare estimates, bids, and presentations for new installation, reroof, maintenance, and repair projects
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure accurate scopes and pricing
• Track and follow up on leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Educate clients on roofing systems, warranties, safety standards, and Progressive Roofing services
• Represent Progressive Roofing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely sales reports and forecasts
