Andy Manchanda State Farm is looking for a motivated Insurance Intern to join our in-person team. This is a great opportunity to learn how a local insurance agency operates while developing valuable communication, customer service, and business skills.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN During your internship, you’ll gain exposure to

• Sales and lead generation
• Customer service and relationship building
• Insurance products and coverage needs
• Marketing and community outreach
• Follow-up and appointment setting
• Business development
• Goal setting and tracking
• Day-to-day agency operations
• How an agent builds and grows a book of business

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn from the team, and take on responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As an intern, you’ll support the agency while gaining practical experience in areas such as

• Following up with leads and prospective customers
• Making calls and assisting with appointment setting
• Supporting customer outreach and marketing activities
• Learning how to have conversations with customers about their insurance needs
• Assisting with customer service and account-related tasks
• Helping maintain accurate customer information and follow-up
• Participating in agency marketing and community activities
• Supporting the team with daily agency operations
• Learning how sales, service, and follow-up work together to grow an agency

LICENSING The selected candidate must be willing and able to obtain the required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
