Our inside team handles the scheduling —
you focus on closing deals and making money

You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.
What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners across the Tuscon (pre-set appointments)
- Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
- Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
- Explain financing options and close the deal
- Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams
- $125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
- Paid training to get you ramped fast

- 6 paid holidays + birthday floating holiday
- Proven B2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
- Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- 5 days per week with rotating weekends
- Evening/weekend availability based on customer demand
- On-call as needed
