The Technology Account Representative is responsible for growing strategic customer accounts by driving the successful adoption, implementation, and expansion of Epiroc's automation, digital, and drilling technology solutions. This role combines technical sales, account management, and project coordination to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer productivity, safety, and operational performance.

Serving as a trusted advisor, the Technology Account Representative partners with customers and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, coordinate solution implementation, and ensure successful technology adoption. Success in this role requires building strong customer relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering measurable business value that supports long-term customer success and sustainable business growth.

The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and is occasionally required to lift up to and in excess of 100 pounds. • Lead strategic customer accounts by coordinating implementation, deployment, and adoption of Epiroc's automation, digital, and drilling technology solutions.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, partnering with engineering, product management, service, operations, and sales teams to coordinate project execution and resolve technical and commercial issues.
