We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Life Insurance Specialists. You’ll work directly with prospective clients, learn how to understand their needs, explain available life insurance options, and help them make informed decisions about their coverage.

You’ll receive training and ongoing mentorship designed to help you develop your sales skills, improve your client conversations, manage follow-up, and build long-term relationships.

Your day-to-day work will include speaking with prospective clients, identifying their insurance needs, explaining coverage options in simple terms, answering questions, following up, and maintaining relationships with clients as you build your business.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, is coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow based on their own performance.

Candidates must already have a life insurance license or currently be in the process of obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and reliability.

• Participate actively in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy details in our system.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to actively listen and understand client needs, providing tailored life insurance solutions.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships with trust and reliability.
• Ability to educate clients on complex topics, ensuring they have a clear understanding of life insurance options.
• Experience in collaborating effectively with team members to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Ability to follow up diligently with potential clients, addressing questions and guiding them through decision-making.
