As an Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll work with agency-provided leads and prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend solutions that help protect what matters most.

You will:

Connect with new prospects and follow up with leads

Generate appointments and new insurance opportunities

Quote and sell a variety of insurance products

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Build lasting relationships with clients

Educate customers so they can make confident insurance decisions

Meet individual and team sales goals

Develop your insurance and sales expertise through ongoing coaching and training
