We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside Sales & Outreach Coordinator who’s ready to hit the ground running. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth—bringing in new clients through cold calling, door-to-door sales, in-person outreach, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do:Drive sales growth by cold calling, knocking doors, and building new connections.
Close deals through follow-up calls, meetings, and persuasive presentations.
Expand our brand presence at community events, local businesses, and networking opportunities.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers in both English and Spanish.
Crush sales targets while keeping activity logs and reporting results.
Bilingual in English/Spanish – fluent and confident in both.
A proven closer who knows how to persuade and seal the deal.
Outgoing, energetic, and motivated by results.
Comfortable with cold calling, face-to-face selling, and rejection (because you know the “yes” is coming).
Self-motivated and goal-driven—thrives with independence.
Prior sales, outreach, or customer service experience preferred.
Must be able to travel throughout the East Valley & Southwest Valley.
