As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Tucson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a highly visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, document observations, and provide clear, respectful communication and customer service to staff and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, office areas, ATMs, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, verifying identification and/or authorization in accordance with location procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and logs, documenting patrol activity, incidents, and observations in accordance with location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
