Provide customer service to clients and personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document actions taken per post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity;
Control access by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site requirements;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
