Citizenship: U.S. Citizen required for U.S. security clearance.

• Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG) as they relate to operating in a classified environment for personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified materials.
• Develop, prepare, and implement local Standard Operating Procedures, Operations Security Plans, and proprietary test plans using risk management principles.
• Implement a media control program in accordance with JSIG requirements.
• Provide security oversight and management to subcontractors and subordinate business units via the DD Form 254 or other contractual methods.
• Establish, gain accreditation, and maintain a secure facility in accordance with ICD 705.
• Establish and oversee specialized procedures for the transmission of classified and/or proprietary material or information.
• Establish and maintain a visitor control program.
• Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and Government inspections, investigate security infractions or violations, and prepare reports specifying potential loss or compromise and associated risk.
• Collaborate and assist ISSO/ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of related experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience implementing NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• Experience with Microsoft products.
• Active and existing Top Secret security clearance on day 1.
• U.S. citizenship.

• Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• At least 6 years of National Security experience.
• Related training with DCSA, CDSE, including Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
