Responsibilities
  • Senior Supervisor, Security will perform a wide variety of tasks as part of the Special Access Programs (SAP) Security Team and manage a PERSEC team of four employees.
  • Develop, review, and administer the program’s security policies in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoDM
    5205.07, JSIG, and ICD‑705.
  • Provide oversight and guidance related to security policies and procedures to ensure successful contract execution.
  • Obtain and maintain SAP access.
  • Lead a team of Personnel Security Specialists by establishing schedules, prioritizing assignments, providing training, and oversight.
  • Ensure personnel security packages are compliant to support access requests for Special Access Programs.
  • Develop, prepare, and implement novel processes to improve output in accordance with Raytheon CORE (lean/six sigma) operating system.
  • Partner with the Sr Security Manager to integrate processes across programs.

  • Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or government inspections.
  • Maintain records and databases related to program access.
  • Collect metrics, perform data analysis, and submit reports to senior/program management.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews to develop, mentor, and train personnel.
  • Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM
    5205.07 series, ICD
    705, and JSIG) for personnel processing, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, and visitor control in a classified environment.
  • Develop, prepare, and implement local SOPs and training plans.
  • Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying the potential risk to program(s).
  • This position may require travel on company business.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for escorting individuals across business locations.
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft products.
  • Experience with NISPOM, DoDM
    5205.07, JSIG, and ICD‑705.
  • Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP Personnel Security (preferred).
  • Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of national‑security experience preferred.
  • Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (e.g., Introduction to SAPs, ICD‑705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC).
Salary

Salary range: 86,800

USD – 165,200
