Job Responsibilities
**** Monitor dealership lot and property to ensure safety and security
* Conduct regular patrols of vehicle inventory and facility areas
* Observe and report any suspicious activity or security concerns
* Ensure all vehicles are properly secured
* Assist with lot organization and vehicle positioning as needed
* Maintain accurate logs of incidents and daily activity
* Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns
* Support dealership operations with general lot assistance when needed

**** Previous security, lot attendant, or related experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
* Ability to work independently and follow procedures
* Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
* Excellent communication skills
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‐employment drug screen.
