Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access control points and help deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, screening visitors, maintaining entry and exit records, and communicating access requirements to staff and guests.
• Support truck gate, dock, and yard access operations by checking inbound and outbound traffic, documenting deliveries and pickups, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with security-related incident documentation and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping and receiving zones, noting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants with criminal histories may be considered consistently with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
