Responsibilities
Sentinel is looking for a Business Process Analyst for our client. The role involves evaluating, designing, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. This Analyst works cross-functionally with stakeholders to document current workflows, identify gaps, and implement process improvements supported by data analysis and technology solutions.
This is a 3 month contract with the potential to convert to full time, working fully onsite at our client location in Tucson, AZ.
- Associate’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- Experience in the analysis of database hardware, and software to identify inefficiencies and risks.
- Technical knowledge of current programming languages (i.e. RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of network and PC operating systems
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Experience with Smartsheets, (project management software) or similar programs, and importing data in report software
- Experience with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a Homeland Security Background Clearance within ninety (90) days of hire.
- Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire
- May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
