Job Overview
Security Clearance Processing Support – Sr Technical Specialist, Security (T3) for RTX Enterprise Services – Clearance Processing Center (CPC).
Hybrid onsite/off‑site role located in Tucson, AZ. Eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance.
Responsibilities- Perform all duties associated with security clearance processing.
- Process and enter cases to meet SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements in designated government databases.
- Update and maintain records in government systems such as DISS and internal company security databases.
- Initiate, review, and process questionnaires for National Security Positions (SF‑86) per 32 CFR part 117.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and organizational personnel‑security policies and procedures.
- Rotate through all functional roles within the Clearance Processing Center to support overall mission.
- High school diploma, associate or equivalent 2‑year post‑secondary training.
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year supporting administrative functions.
- U.S. citizenship required; active DoD Secret clearance required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task, provide customer‑service‑oriented support, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of SWFT, DISS, and NBIS eApp PERSEC.
- Completion of personnel‑security training modules from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.
- Familiarity with SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
- Experience interacting with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency or other cognizant security‑agency personnel.
- Technical problem‑solving skills.
