We are seeking a Contractor Special Access Program (SAP) Security Officer (CSSO) to oversee all security functions for designated SAP activities at our Tucson site. The role includes managing a small security team, ensuring compliance with federal and company policies, and supporting classified program operations.

705, JSIG, and Raytheon‑specific requirements. - Supervise and manage a team of entry‑level security professionals, covering scheduling, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
- Set schedules, tasks, and priorities for the security team, and report status to the Security Manager.
- Evaluate staffing and material resource needs to develop proposals.
- Partner with functional personnel to support business objectives.
- Develop, prepare, and implement program‑specific SOPs, OPSEC plans, transportation plans, test plans, and equivalent approvals.
- Conduct and participate in internal reviews and government compliance inspections.
- Maintain and facilitate accreditation of secure facilities in line with ICD
705 standards. - Implement media control and material accountability processes pursuant to applicable policies.
- Provide security oversight and management to subcontractors and suppliers via DDForm
254 or other contractual methods. - Provide security education, training, and support to program leadership and employees.
- Oversee and upload Personnel Security (PERSEC) records and forms to required government databases.
- Create and present Security Education, Awareness, and Training (SETA) materials, program indoctrination briefings, and security status updates.
- Support the testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials.
- Oversee visitor management and escort procedures.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports detailing potential loss, compromise, and risk to the program.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders, including ISSO and ISSM, to implement or comply with customer security requirements.
- Must have a University degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5years relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 3years relevant experience.

705. - Demonstrated experience managing and supervising teams and small projects.
- Preferred:
Degree in Business Management, Security/Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Intelligence, Criminal Justice, or related field. - Preferred:

National Security experience. - Preferred:
Training or certification with DCSA, CDSE, or SFPC.
DoD Clearance:
Top Secret. Existing and active security clearance required on day one.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Salary range: $86,800–$165,200
