What You Will Do
  • Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5205.07, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICDs, and related security guidance and company or customer policies.
  • Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
  • Manage DD254s and subcontractor security processing actions.
  • Develop, obtain approval for, and implement program‑specific security policies, procedures, and documentation such as SOPs, OPSEC Plans, and CONOPs.
  • Create, update, and administer security education, training, and awareness—including program indoctrinations and debriefings.
  • Conduct self‑inspections and recommend/implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare for and participate in government inspections, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform program administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, investigations, TS accountability, and dispatching program documents or materials.
  • Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management across multiple program sites and business units.
  • Assist in preparation of program status presentations and reviews (internal and external).
  • Manage special access program facility administration in compliance with ICD 705, including physical security, construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs, and submission of accreditation packages with FFCs and Tempest assessments.
  • Collaborate across all organization levels from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Work extended hours in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Be willing to travel on company business.
Qualifications
  • A university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
  • Prior CSSO experience.
  • Experience in special program environments and understanding of government guidance such as NISPOM and DoD 5205.07.
  • Experience with SIMS, DISS, and JADE databases.
  • Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • Possess a final TS/SCI security clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on day one of employment.
  • At least 6 years of national security experience preferred.
  • Related training such as DCSA, CDSE, and Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
