Senior Industrial Security Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Industrial Security Analyst – Special Programs Security team ponsible for administering security procedures in a classified environment, overseeing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with DoD and related regulations.

• Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG) related to personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified materials.
• Implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and proprietary test plans using risk‑management guidelines.
• Oversee specialized procedures for the transmission of classified and/or proprietary material/information.
• Conduct internal reviews and/or government inspections.
• Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise and the associated risk to the program(s).
• Travel less than 10% on company business; may be required after normal business hours.
• Work onsite at the Tucson, AZ location.

• You Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in industrial security or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• Experience administering security procedures.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance at the time of application.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI or higher security clearance or program access before start.
• We Prefer:
• Experience as a security professional supporting Special Access Programs and/or SCI programs.
• Experience investigating security infractions/violations and preparing reports.
• Completed training with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and/or the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE), including achievement of Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or equivalent.

U.S. citizenship is required. An active and transferable Secret clearance is required on day 1. Ability to obtain TS/SCI or higher clearance or program access before start is necessary. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance.

Salary range: $68,900–$131,100 USD. This estimate is based on experience levels and associated responsibilities.
