Wage Range: $16.00–$18.75/hr

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Above‑average computer/technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must have the ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screening and background investigation.
• Must be able to work day and swing shifts.
• Must have a current Arizona Guard card.
