Security Clearance: U.S. government issued Top Secret, active and transferable required on day 1. U.S. citizenship required.
Position:
Senior Supervisor, Security – Lead Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) in Global Security Services, supporting Special Access Programs (SAP).
- Administer security procedures in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG, and Raytheon security policies.
- Supervise and manage a small team of security professionals, including scheduling, coaching, training, evaluating performance, and setting schedules and priorities.
- Collaborate with program management, report security status, and provide guidance to senior leaders.
- Develop, prepare, and implement SOPs, OPSEC plans, transportation and test plans, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Conduct internal reviews and government compliance inspections, and maintain accreditation of secure facilities.
- Implement media control, material accountability, and provide security oversight of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Process Personnel Security (PERSEC) records and upload into government databases.
- Create and present security education, awareness, and training (SETA) materials and briefings.
- Support testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials; oversee visitor management and escort procedures.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and assess risk to the program.
- Assist cross‑functional leaders such as ISSO and ISSM to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Minimum university degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience (3 years for an advanced degree).
- Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5200.1 series, or ICD
705 and managing/supervising teams. - Understanding of DoDM 5205.07, 32
CFR
117, and national‑security operations. - Preferred: training with DCSA, CDSE, and SFPC certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
You will establish new SAP programs, secure facilities from the ground up, and manage all aspects of SAP program security. You will also gain insight into how RTX competes for and executes government and industry contracts.
