A Signal Dedicated Officer  will conductstaticsecurity servicesforcourtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety.

• Will write detailed andaccuratereportsutilizingcompany technology andweb orapp-basedsoftwareduring each shiftthatalign with site instruction/post orders.

• Interacting with internal and externalcustomerson site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving toprovidepeace of mind.

  Dedicated Branch Supervisor to  promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns.

• Responsible for the care ofany Signalequipmentassigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards,vehicles,and devices, etc.

• Consistentlydeescalateissues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.

• Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set bythe
  
  Dedicated Branch Supervisor such  as reporting standards and service quality.

• Communicate withthe
  
  Dedicated Branch Supervisor  to receive anddisseminateinformation through
  
  Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum, such as theclient needsand post order changes toensure operational excellence and efficiency.

• 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED

• Pass background check anddrug test

• Must have reliable transportation

• Complete training modules within first month

• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills

• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times

• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
