Entry Level Field Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Entry Level Field Worker to support field operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, reliable, and eager to build experience in a field-based environment. You will work under direct supervision and follow established safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field work tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
• Use time efficiently to complete assigned duties
• Maintain a positive attitude while working independently and as part of a team
• Follow oral and written instructions accurately
• Adhere to company policies, including the code of ethics and employee handbook
• Maintain attendance standards and report to work on time

Safety & Performance Requirements

• Strong safety awareness with an incident-free mindset
• Completion of company-required safety training (including JBS safety training)
• OSHA 10 certification (completed or willing to complete)
• Ability to follow all job site safety rules and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior field experience required
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Own and maintain all required tools for the role
• Own reliable transportation to and from job sites
