Join Our Team as a Service Technician at Epiroc! At Epiroc USA LLC, our Parts and Services (PSD) Division maximizes customers’ productivity through spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions, and training.
Service Technicians provide thorough support for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and monitoring/testing to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and promote our service capabilities. Work is performed with a sense of urgency while maintaining Epiroc’s high quality standards.
Work EnvironmentExposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather, high places, chemicals, and electrical shock is expected. Employees will sit for extended periods as required and use hands for feel, reach, and movement. PPE is required and reasonable accommodations are available. This position is Safety Sensitive.

Shift TimingsMonday to Friday – 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
Responsibilities Level 1- Complete Pre‑delivery Inspections (PDI) on machines.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair all Epiroc products per manufacturer recommendations.
- Ensure tools and equipment are on‑site and properly maintained.
- Communicate service and other activities to the Service Coordinator in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company safety and environmental requirements, promote proper safety procedures, correct PPE use, and maintain environmental stewardship.
- Maintain courteous and professional demeanor with customers and internal staff.
In addition to Level 1 tasks, Level 2 technicians:
- Run diagnostics, determine causes, and initiate repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, including hydraulics and electrical repairs.
- Execute diagnostics, identify root causes, and perform necessary repairs.
- Support multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
In addition to Level 1 and 2 tasks, Level 3 technicians:
- Test and document operating parameters.
- Complete detailed failure analyses on rebuilt components, identify corrective actions, and implement warranty processes.
- Serve as subject‑matter experts, supporting training and development of other technicians.
- Basic computer skills and prior work demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude and industrial/commercial fluid power experience.
