Ironworker III

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Ironworker III to perform complex iron working and advanced welding tasks. This role represents the highest skill tier within the entry-level ironworker classification and is intended for individuals who demonstrate strong technical expertise, independence, and leadership by example in safety, quality, and work ethic.

• Perform complex iron working and welding tasks with little to no supervision
• Interpret complex drawings, blueprints, and erection plans
• Set up, fit, square, and finish components to meet or exceed quality standards
• Execute advanced welding and finishing work in accordance with AWS standards
• Work independently when required while maintaining productivity and quality
• Model strong work ethic, dedication, and professionalism on the job
• Use time efficiently to meet project and production schedules
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Follow all company policies, including the code of ethics and employee handbook

• Safety-conscious with an incident-free mindset
• Sets a strong example through hard work, dedication, and safe work practices
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and professional conduct

• Meets all qualifications of Entry Level Ironworker I and II
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and erection plans
• Passed 3G & 4G welder qualification (stick & wire), or demonstrated expertise in rail and miscellaneous welding/finishing
• Advanced knowledge of AWS standard practices
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
