Location: Tucson, AZ 85747
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overview
Hands-on facilities maintenance role supporting mechanical equipment, basic electrical work, plumbing, and general building maintenance in a commercial/industrial environment. Entry-level friendly with training provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with inspections and basic maintenance on pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors
· Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, filter changes, belt adjustments, cleaning)
· Take equipment readings (pressure, temperature, amperage) and report issues
· Perform basic electrical tasks (lamp replacement, tightening connections) under supervision
· Assist with lockout/tagout procedures
· Support basic plumbing repairs (valves, drains, domestic water, hydronic piping)
· Perform minor building maintenance (drywall patching, painting, door hardware, equipment room upkeep)
Preferred (Not Required)
· Hands-on experience or coursework in maintenance trades
· Exposure to commercial or industrial facilities
· Mechanical aptitude and interest in technical systems
· Backgrounds such as construction, warehouse, automotive, military, or trade school
· Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
