The laborer will support skilled tradespeople and assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic. In this position you will be doing various different positions including work in BORE, AERIAL, and EXCAVATION.

• Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and back filling
• Help install underground utilities
• Direct equipment operator when needed
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow OSHA and company safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Previous excavation experience preferred
• Previous bore experience preferred
• Previous aerial experience preferred
• Have an understanding of regulation in excavation
• OSHA certifications is a plus
• Works well with others
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
