HVAC Helper

About the Role:

Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning as an HVAC Helper in Tucson, AZ! This exciting entry-level position offers you the chance to learn and grow in the HVAC industry while supporting our skilled technicians in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Part time, as needed; approx 5-15 hours per week.

• Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
• Perform IAQ services, such as duct cleaning, Aeroseal, coil cleanings.
• Load and unload equipment and materials for calls.
• Dismantle and scrap old equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance HVAC skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of HVAC and hand tools.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians and office staff.
• Previous experience in the trades is a plus.
