Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, floor covering, mechanical, fixtures and physical structure within a high school operation.

• Four (4) years of experience including HVAC/Refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

• Completion of a recognized training or apprenticeship program in the related field(s).

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
• Post-offer/pre-employment 50 lb lift test.
• Valid Driver's license (Arizona Driver's License required within 30 days of hire).
• MV Report showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
• A Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Technician Certification required within 90 days of hire.
