This field-based role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving warranty issues with HVAC systems in customers' homes. You will work directly with customers, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure that all warranty repairs meet our high standards of service. This position is perfect for an HVAC technician who enjoys problem-solving, has excellent customer service skills, and is knowledgeable about HVAC systems and warranties.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to warranty service calls to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems under warranty.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements covered under manufacturer and company warranties.
- Ensure all warranty work meets company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining warranty coverage and repairs to homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of all service visits, including detailed documentation of work performed, parts used, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the warranty management team to submit and track warranty claims.
- Ensure company vehicles are fully stocked with necessary parts and tools to handle warranty-related repairs.
- Identify and report any trends in equipment failure or warranty-related issues to the warranty management team.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and warranties.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage a schedule of warranty service calls.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs., and work in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
