mechanic

salary: $28.24/hr
top rate - $31.38/hr
(increases every contract year)

qualifications:
applicants must have a minimum of four years' experience in automotive, truck, bus, or heavy-duty maintenance and repair with specific emphasis in the following areas: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, basic electrical and climate control. all applicants must posess either a cdl or a current valid drivers license and be able to obtain a commercial driver's license within 90 days of employment.

major functions:
performs major or minor repairs to motor coaches, inspections, adjustments and replacement of units under the supervision of a shop foreman or mechanics of a higher classification.
