Pay Scale: $85,000 to $120,00 per year

Work Hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, nights and weekends availability

Primary Job Function:
Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently for residential and light commercial work.

* Strong plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to maintain a minimum average ticket of $500- $700

* Excellent customer service and communication

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Willingness to work hard and grow with the company

* Team player who supports coworkers and company goals

* Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

* Educate customers on repair and replacement options

* Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional service

* Maintain accurate invoices and job notes

* Keep company vehicle and tools organized

* Work efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

* Residential service and installation experience

* Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

* Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints

* Strong knowledge of plumbing

* Willing to work in all types of weather

* Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade

* Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
