Systems Integration Service Technician

Job Summary

The DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced Technician/Installer in Tucson, AZ. The individual will be responsible for the installation, testing and troubleshooting of commercial electronic security systems such as access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, , intercom, emergency phone and parking/turnstile systems from start to finish, and will interact with customers, vendors and contractors.

• Install access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone and parking revenue systems.
• Interact with customers, vendors and other contractors on-site to coordinate successful installations.
• Drive to job sites as instructed by management, assess installation or repair needs and complete the repair to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales and preventative maintenance contracts; acquire knowledge of all products.
• Maintain a safe working environment; clean the job site of debris after completion.
• Complete job tickets and timesheets so that all tickets are processed in a timely manner and timesheets reach payroll before cutoff.
• Collect CODs when applicable; call management if a problem occurs with collections or scope-of-work changes.
• Maintain inventory on the truck and understand all parts, part numbers and descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 2–4 years of experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Electro‑mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of relay logic.
• Basic networking skills.
